We currently only ship orders within the United States and Canada. Will be opening up to serving Latin America soon and our shipping address will be from Panama City, Panama. Contact us if you would like to be a worldwide distributor.

All USA orders are shipped by UPS, USPS, Fedex or DHL.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
PIECES MOUNTED ON ACRYLIC/ PRINT: You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
Product will be inspected upon return delivery. At that moment, our staff will determine if the piece is in the same quality condition as it was when shipped to client.
If a return is necessary: Please return the product to us undamaged within 5 business days, email tracking information to marzo.cs@gmail.com, and if the inspection is approved, we will gladly refund the purchase amount.

**ORIGINAL 1/1 PIECES*** Any 1 of 1 original is non-refundable. Any handling or shipping back could cause damage to a canvas piece and render it useless. Therefore, original Art is non-refundable.
*Keep in mind: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping your piece (s) back via Fedex/UPS not USPS.

If something shipped damaged for whatever reason we would be glad to replace it for you. Quality and Customer Service is our Top priority. Please return within 7 business days. Please contact us before so we can give you full instructions.
